General Manager – Sales
- Reports to CEO, will be responsible for Pan-India Sales
- 15+ years of total experience in Pharma or Hospital IT / Product Sales (atleast 10 yrs of experience as Zonal/Regional Manager)
- Worked extensively in different parts of India – particularly Northern states (Delhi, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan)
- Bring in good contacts of well-known doctors/hospitals in all territories
- Responsible for all aspects of Sales (planning, projections, sign-ups , revenue collections and customer relationship management) for all territories
- Identify and put processes in place for handling multi-city sales in conjunction with Zonal/Regional Sales Managers
- Handle direct Sales efforts in key cities / accounts in conjunction with Zonal/Regional Sales Managers
- Good working knowledge about IT systems (hardware and software)
- Excellent interpersonal , team management and presentation skills
General Manager – Operations
- Reports to CEO, will be responsible for Pan-India Operations
- 15+ years experience in handling operations in multiple towns/cities for products/services.
- Identify and put processes in place for multi-city product / service rollouts under Regional Operations Managers
- Overall responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction post deployment
- Identify upselling opportunities, and interact with Sales and Engineering for incorporation into new products / services
- Interface with Sales to plan and execute strategy for rollout of new products/services in various regions
- Good working knowledge about IT systems (hardware and software)
- Excellent interpersonal , team management and presentation skills
Regional Sales Managers : Maharashtra/Delhi
- Reports to GM Sales, will be responsible for Sales in Maharashtra and Delhi regions
- 10+ years of total experience in Pharma or Hospital IT / Product Sales
- Worked extensively in the specific regions with good contacts of well-known doctors/hospitals
- Responsible for all aspects of Sales (planning, projections, sign-ups , revenue collections and customer relationship management) for the specific region
- Work with Regional Operations Manager for smooth rollouts in hospitals
- Good working knowledge about IT systems (hardware and software)
- Excellent interpersonal , team management and presentation skills
Regional Operations Managers : Tamil Nadu/Karnataka
- Reports to the GM-Operations, will be responsible for all operations activities in that state
- 10+ years experience in handling operations in multiple towns/cities for products/services.
- Plan and execute product / service rollouts with team
- Responsible for quality and customer satisfaction for all accounts in the state
- Handle customer escalations and resolve them independently
- Interface with technical teams to resolve field issues quickly
- Put appropriate structure in place to manage and monitor team (upto 50 executives)
- Good working knowledge about IT systems (hardware and software)
- Excellent interpersonal , team management and presentation skills
Sales Executives: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune
- 2-4 yrs experience in Pharma or IT sales in the region
- Good communication skills - English and local language
- Exposure to interacting with doctors and other decision makers in Hospitals
- Exposure to computers/software or willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel
Operations Executives: Tamil Nadu/Maharashtra/Karnataka
- Science/art graduates with Data Entry/IT background
- Good communication skills in both English, local language
- Knowledge of IT/computer systems handling like scanning
- Should be willing to be posted in any city in the state
